Pacha NYC Celebrates Eight Year Anniversary With Huge December Line-up

Pacha Eight Years

Eight years of super-DJs and epic bass, nitrogen blasts and twin cherries, celebrity drop-ins and bodacious shower girls. Of sing-a-longs, snare builds, hands-in-the-air drops, baby powder spins. Eight years full of some of the greatest nightlife moments New York City has ever seen. How does one of the planet’s top nightclubs mark such an auspicious occasion? With a month of unforgettable, need-to-be-there, best-parties-of-your-life!

Pacha New York proudly presents The Eight-Year Anniversary: A celebration of where we’ve been, where we are, and where we’re going – all alongside our faithful patrons and dedicated fans of electronic music. “We are planning on our biggest anniversary party yet!” says Pacha New York’s president, Eddie Dean. “We have extended our lease through 2021, and are looking forward to kicking off our next eight years in a big way!”

Representing everything from trance to big-room house, from classic grooves to the most popular dance music in the world, the diverse line-up brings some of the world’s top DJ talent to the Pacha booth for very special sets. On Saturday, December 7th they ring in 8 Years with superstar DJ/producer and fave of the Pacha-massive, Dirty South. With moody, filthy big-room anthems like “City of Dreams” and “Rift,”the Australian DJ/Producer sounds like a native New Yorker to us. Ultra Music head honcho David Waxman opens the night, along with DJ Kai Song, the youngest DJ to ever grace the Pacha NY booth at just 9 years old.

The star-studded month includes Benny Benassi, Cosmic Gate, Danny Avila, Fedde le Grand, Feed Me, Knife Party, Mat Zo, Pete Tong, Quintino, Reboot and Thomas Gold. “There’s something for everyone” remarks Pacha’s promotional director, Rob Fernandez. “Pacha’s celebrating our eighth anniversary with the best lineup out of any club in America!”

A portion of the proceeds from each show will be donated to Lifebeat, Music Fights HIV/AIDS. “Over 1,000 people ages 13-24 are infected with HIV every month, and over half of them are unaware they are HIV-positive.” says Eddie Dean. “Pacha has partnered with Lifebeat in the hopes that we will raise awareness about this issue and will hopefully get one step closer to finding a cure.”
